Terms and Conditions

By using the ZenDogs application and service (hereinafter: "Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Service

ZenDogs is a monitoring and information tool designed to display real-time temperature and humidity data based on a sensor placed in a vehicle.

ZenDogs is not a safety system. The application is a monitoring tool. The user is responsible for the supervision and safety of the animal. ZenDogs does not replace personal presence or compliance with legal regulations.

2. Subscription Terms

The Service includes paid subscription features (Care and Care Premium packages). The following apply to subscriptions:

  • The subscription is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android).
  • The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The renewal fee will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS), or in the Google Play Store: play.google.com/subscriptions (Android).
  • The trial period (if available) will automatically convert to a paid subscription if not cancelled before the end of the trial.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You will use the Service solely for lawful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or gain unauthorized access to the system.
  • The data provided (e-mail address, notification settings) is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of the QR code-based public page (contact details, custom message).

4. Data Management

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy:

Data measured by sensors (temperature, humidity) is stored in connection with your account. We do not share this with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Availability of the Service

We strive for continuous availability, but we are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical errors, or limitations of mobile networks. An active internet connection is required to access the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bence Tóth Sole Proprietor is not liable for damages resulting from misinterpretation of the Service, technical failures, or warnings ignored by the user. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The ZenDogs name, logo, application, and content are the property of Bence Tóth Sole Proprietor. Copying or distributing them without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of changes within the application or via e-mail. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. In case of a legal dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the court having competence over the registered office of Bence Tóth Sole Proprietor.
